with Eva Neem

Once a month - Saturday afternoons from 3:00 - 5:30 pm

May 11th, June 8th, July 6th, & August 3rd

A trauma-informed class created exclusively for women.

Give yourself full permission to slow down and, through gentle guidance, experience a deep surrender to your breath, allowing yourself to fully let go and explore the subtle sensations of your inner body, awakening to your own innate wisdom.

In this sacred space, our intimate journey together includes voice activation, inviting you to explore the depths of your authentic voice. Engage in cycles of conscious-connected breath with de-armouring bodywork and soft, unwinding movement to release tension, gently unraveling layers of stored stress and trapped emotions. Fully integrate the deep transformation during a crystal sound healing and meditation

Cost: Q250

Eva Neem is a facilitator of BioDynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release®. With an open heart and a deep understanding of the human experience, she blends this powerful somatic modality with Kundalini Reiki and channeled crystalline sound healing.

Her own healing journey began after a spontaneous awakening, following a highly stressful career in the fashion industry, where she had frequent anxiety and panic attacks, masking her humanness behind layers of addictions and toxic patterns.

Guided by her inner calling, she spent time in silence deep in the Amazon rainforest before being initiated into Kriya Yoga and living in an ashram in India. Through these transformative experiences, she learned the art of listening to her body and embracing the darkness with an open heart.

Through her work, Eva empowers men and women to reconnect with their inner wisdom and step into their true essence with love and authenticity.

About Antigua

Antigua is a small city surrounded by volcanoes in southern Guatemala. The city’s cobbled 9×9 block streets are slow paced, easy-to-navigate with cafes, farm-to-table restaurants, artisan markets, and historical sites located throughout. It’s renowned for its colorful Spanish colonial buildings, this beautiful and magical city has almost five hundred years of history, with a privileged all-year-long climate. If you visit Guatemala during February and March for our training, you can expect warm, dry days, with little to no rainfall. Temperatures average in the high 70s during this time.
