Every Monday night at 7:15pm from July 1st to August 19th

These sessions are designed to give you mindful tools to navigate life with awareness and clarity. We’ll dive into guided, focused meditation and grounded breathwork, all set to immersive music. Here, you can close your eyes, rest on your breath, and see your challenges for what they truly are—golden opportunities for hope and learning.
What to Expect:
•  Made to meet you where you are, for all levels
•  Practices that ground you in your senses, interrupting the chatter in your mind
•  An immersive and engaging experience that keeps you fully in the present moment, removing expectations that meditation must be silent, self-serious, and utterly motionless
Who is it for?
This class is for anyone committed to personal growth, and looking to connect more deeply with their body and soul. Whether you’re new to meditation or have been practicing for years, you’ll find value in the insights and techniques we explore together.

Silvana, a Guatemalan with Italian heritage, has been teaching at Shakti for over three years. She views yoga as a journey toward inner peace and well-being, focusing on meditation and pranayama with a nervous-system informed approach to nurture the body and emphasize the breath as a bridge to the mind-body connection. Her classes prioritize meditation and pranayama practices, with a blend of playfulness and challenge to create a mindful experience. In every interaction, her intention is to share a piece of her heart, hopefully leaving you inspired, grateful, and reconnected with your gentle living and inner knowledge.

About Antigua

Antigua is a small city surrounded by volcanoes in southern Guatemala. The city’s cobbled 9×9 block streets are slow paced, easy-to-navigate with cafes, farm-to-table restaurants, artisan markets, and historical sites located throughout. It’s renowned for its colorful Spanish colonial buildings, this beautiful and magical city has almost five hundred years of history, with a privileged all-year-long climate. If you visit Guatemala during February and March for our training, you can expect warm, dry days, with little to no rainfall. Temperatures average in the high 70s during this time.
