This session is part of the Healing Breathwork series, where each gathering is guided by the energetic themes of the month and the natural rhythms that influence our inner landscape.
March invites us into balance—a return to center after the clearing and release of the previous month. Through breath, we create space for the nervous system to recalibrate and for the body to reconnect with its natural rhythm.
This practice is inspired by holotropic-style breathwork, where the breath becomes a doorway to deeper awareness and self-exploration. Rather than following a rigid breathing pattern, participants are invited to work with the breath in a natural and intuitive way, allowing each experience to unfold organically.
We begin by gently preparing the body with grounding techniques and guided breathing practices that help regulate the nervous system and ease the mind. From there, participants are encouraged to explore their inner landscape through the breath, allowing sensations, emotions, and insights to arise naturally.
There is no pressure, forcing, or pushing during the session. The intention is to create a safe and supportive environment where the breath can guide the process at your own pace.
This session is ideal if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stretched, or out of rhythm and are seeking a space to reconnect with clarity, presence, and balance.
No prior breathwork experience is required.
All levels are welcome.

About Antigua

Antigua is a small city surrounded by volcanoes in southern Guatemala. The city’s cobbled 9×9 block streets are slow paced, easy-to-navigate with cafes, farm-to-table restaurants, artisan markets, and historical sites located throughout. It’s renowned for its colorful Spanish colonial buildings, this beautiful and magical city has almost five hundred years of history, with a privileged all-year-long climate. If you visit Guatemala during February and March for our training, you can expect warm, dry days, with little to no rainfall. Temperatures average in the high 70s during this time.
