In this 2-day intensive you will come to understand and embody the energy of yin, and take with you theory and practical knowledge to balance your inner and outer worlds. Connecting within allows us to show up authentically, and truly connect with the world around us.

What is Yin and why is it important?
Yin and Yang energies explained
Yin energy in depth
Yin practice with acu-pressure points: postures that relate to the 5 yin organs

Day 2:
The 5 yin organs in depth- based on the 5 elements of chinese medicine 
Parasympathetic activation and the digestive system
Yin practice with acupuncture

Taylor Hunt is a devoted student of Ashtanga yoga. He makes yearly trips to Mysore, India to further his studies at Ashtanga Yoga Institute under the guidance of his teacher, R. Sharath Jois. In 2013, after several extended trips, Taylor was granted Level 2 Authorization. Taylor is dedicated to sharing the healing practice with others by teaching Mysore classes at both of his studios Ashtanga Yoga Columbus and Ashtanga Yoga Savannah offering workshops around the world. He continues to inspire others through his story of transformation and accessible approach to the practice.

Mobility sequences are focused on this 60-minute class that includes active flexibility, meaning that even though we are stretching, the muscles are working and providing resistance. This class is meant to be a head-to-toe well-rounded practice.
